I didnt check to see what he was writing, i just watched and snapped the people passing by him. Out of maybe.. 15, this is the only person who paid him any notice.

This is around waterfront station downtown Vancouver, and yes, that is an incredibly tacky Canadian Mountie cutout in the background..
